RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY We check all items before shipment. But if you receive an item different than what was described or if that is defective from factory, please contact us immediately after item delivery. If our product is defective, you may return your item to us for exchange or refund (only in case the product is unavaliable for exchange).Please do not send back any item before contact us and read our instructions sent you by e-mail, otherwise the package may not reach us. To be eligible for an exchange or refund you must return your item to us in the same condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within 3 (three) days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges for returning the item are borne by the buyer. Any replacement are shipped via regular mail even so your original purchase was shipped by express services. We need to receive the item before we send you a replacement for that or issue you a refund. Refunds: Refunds will be for the total amount
of the product, excluding shipping costs. Refunds
are typically processed within one week of receipt of the return
